Past PRs of IaC Blueprints

Each time a Blueprint consumer form is completed, the details of that filled-out form, such as the Pull Request link and creation date are listed under the Past PRs tab at IAC Catalog > Past PRs. You may view them at any time, and delete, clone, or view them. You can also access the PR and the Jira ticket.
